2. Definitions

"Website" means the Eddie Bauer India online store operated by Wild Country Private Limited.
"Products" means all apparel, accessories, and related items listed for sale on the Website, including products manufactured in India and products imported from overseas.

Our Products include items that are manufactured in India under licence and items that are imported from overseas. All products sold through the Website are genuine Eddie Bauer branded goods authorised by Eddie Bauer LLC.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for information purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices in effect at the time of your Order will apply.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any Order placed at the incorrect price and will notify you accordingly.

6. Orders and Payment

6.1 Placing an Order

By placing an Order on the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected Products at the stated price. An Order is confirmed only upon our acceptance, which is communicated via an Order Confirmation email.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any Order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or failure to comply with these Terms.

6.2 Payment

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, and other methods listed at checkout.
All payments are processed through certified third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or payment details.
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an Order.
If payment fails or is declined, the Order will not be processed.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship products across India. Delivery timeframes and shipping charges (if any) are as communicated at the time of checkout.
Estimated delivery dates are indicative only and are subject to logistics partner schedules, public holidays, and circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for Products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or force majeure events.
We do not currently offer international shipping.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our return and exchange policy is available separately on the Website and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key terms include:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the product being unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of the return being received and approved.
We reserve the right to reject a return that does not meet our stated conditions.

The seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai and proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Subject to the above, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at Mumbai, India for any legal proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wild Country Private Limited in relation to your use of the Website and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
