We want your Eddie Bauer order to reach you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. This policy covers everything you need to know about how we ship, when you can expect delivery, how to track your order, and what happens if something goes wrong.

What Happens After I Place My Order?

Once your order is placed on our Website, here is what happens next:

• You will receive an order confirmation on your registered email address and phone number. This confirmation includes your order number, a summary of the items ordered, your delivery address, and the estimated delivery date.

• If an item in your order is out of stock, our team will reach out to you via a call or email to inform you and advise on the next steps.

• Our warehouse team inspects every item before it is packed, to ensure it meets Eddie Bauer India’s quality standards.

• Once it passes the quality check, your order is packed in accordance with our packaging standards and handed over to our logistics partner for dispatch.

• You will receive a dispatch confirmation along with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

• Our delivery partner will bring your order to the address provided. If they are unable to reach you or find a suitable time for delivery, they will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Where Does Eddie Bauer India Ship?

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. To check whether your delivery address is serviceable, enter your pin code on the product page before placing your order.

We do not currently offer international shipping. We will update this policy if and when international delivery becomes available.

How Are Products Packaged?

Your order will be packed in boxes or poly mailers bearing Eddie Bauer India branding. We take care to ensure your items are well protected during transit. If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with before opening, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for next steps.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS with your tracking number and the name of the delivery partner.

You can track your order at any time through the ‘My Orders’ section on the Eddie Bauer India website after logging in to your account. For further assistance, please contact our customer care team at care@eddiebauer.in.

What Is the Estimated Delivery Time?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of order confirmation. After dispatch, estimated delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery to remote or non-metro pin codes may take additional time. We work with multiple logistics partners to get your order to you as quickly as possible; however, we cannot guarantee delivery within a fixed number of days in all cases.

Occasionally, factors outside our control – such as weather, logistics disruptions, or high order volumes during sale periods – may cause delays. In such cases, we will ensure delivery at the earliest possible time and will communicate any significant delays to you.

Are There Shipping Charges?

Shipping charges, if applicable, depend on your order value and delivery location. The total shipping charge (if any) will be displayed clearly on the cart page before you complete your purchase, so there are no surprises at checkout.

 

What Is Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and serviceable pin codes. If COD is available for your order, it will appear as a payment option at checkout.

Please note: COD orders attract an additional processing charge, which will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Certain products or order values may not be eligible for COD. In such cases, a partial advance payment – a small percentage of the total order value – may be required at the time of placing the order. If you choose not to accept the delivery of such an order, this advance payment will be applied towards the cost of shipping and will not be refunded.

What If My Order Cannot Be Delivered?

Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you before making a delivery. If they are unable to reach you or complete the delivery, they will make further attempts as per their standard process.

If the delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts, your order will be returned to our warehouse and marked as RTO (Return to Origin). If you would like us to re-attempt delivery after an RTO, please contact our customer care team. Please note that a re-delivery shipping charge may apply.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply in this case.

What If I Receive a Damaged or Incorrect Order?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged in transit or contains an incorrect item, please do not accept the delivery if the package is visibly damaged before opening, and contact us immediately.

If you discover damage or an error after opening the package, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy and contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs in such cases.
